Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN required) for our Salisbury, NC office. This role leads exceptional home health care delivery to adult clients in the region, guiding clinicians and support staff to deliver compassionate, high-quality care.

The Clinical Manager will oversee care planning, assessments, and staff supervision, while coordinating onboarding and ongoing staff development in a fast-growing home health environment.

Qualifications

• RN with 2+ years of RN experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Willing to work in Salisbury, NC and surrounding areas.

• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Visit our adult clients and conduct assessments in Salisbury, NC and other surrounding areas.
• Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
• Supervise Home Health Aides and CNA staff in the field.
• Facilitate new hire orientation.
• Participate in the training of new employees and in-services for field staff.
