VNA of Florida in Hernando County and Ocala area is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN) for our home health team. You will lead RNs, LPNs, and therapists, coordinate patient care, and ensure regulatory compliance to deliver high quality, compassionate care at home.

Active Florida RN license and at least one year of nursing experience are required, with leadership or home health Oasis experience preferred. Flexible scheduling and local patient assignments support work-life balance.

• Home health leadership experience preferred.
• OASIS experience preferred.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently.
