Job summary

Benedictine is seeking an RN Clinical Manager in Red Wing, MN to lead a care unit and guide the assigned team in delivering coordinated resident care. You will oversee admissions, care plans, and discharge processes to ensure residents feel safe and at home, while collaborating with therapy and other staff.

The role requires active RN licensure, strong management skills, and at least one year in long-term care. Shift is 8am–4pm, Monday–Friday, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and no weekend work.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing.
• Strong managerial skills and leadership aptitude.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Minimum of one year experience in long term care or health care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates admission, care plan, and discharge while leading a team to excellence.
• Communicates with the therapy department and ensures changes to the care plan are updated timely.
