Job summary

AHMC HealthCare is seeking a Clinical Manager to oversee nursing staff effectiveness and ensure quality patient care at our Whittier location. The ideal candidate will have a background in clinical leadership, team coordination, and a strong understanding of patient care standards.

As a Clinical Manager, you will guide staff through daily operations, manage resources efficiently, and maintain regulatory compliance while promoting a positive environment for both patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year ED or Critical Care RN experience.
• Current R.N. license, BLS required; ACLS and PALS preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Directly supervises nursing staff during shifts.
• Ensures safe and high-quality patient care.
• Coordinates staff schedules and nursing duties.
