Job summary

Landmark Hospitals in Athens, GA is seeking a Clinical Liaison to drive workers' comp case management and market development. This Full Time role focuses on educating referral sources and guiding patients through LTACH options and post-acute care.

As an RN with 1–3 years in workers' comp, you will build partnerships, coordinate care, and promote cost-effective outcomes. The role requires travel within the market and a sales/business development mindset.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• 1-3 years of related experience in Workers Comp case management.
• Ability to influence and provide clinical evaluation and input regarding patients.
• Sales/Business Development strongly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Able to travel (by car) extensively within the market.

Responsibilities

• Identify and increase market share through referrals, networking, and partnerships.
• Support workers' comp case management processes and care coordination.
• Educate referring partners on LTACH placements and benefits.
• Develop new client partnerships and maintain relationships with referral sources.
• Assist with clinical assessments to determine level of care.
