Responsibilities include staff oversight, recruitment support, performance monitoring, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient experiences. HIPAA compliance and staff development are integral to the role.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an RN in good standing in Arizona.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading clinical teams, Home Health preferred.
• Homecare Homebase experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, guidance, and day-to-day oversight of clinical staff including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and therapists.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, compliant, patient-centered care.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of clinicians.
• Monitor clinical performance, productivity, and quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote exceptional patient experiences.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA privacy laws and documentation processes.
• Coach and mentor team members to foster engagement and professional growth.
