You will champion operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and safe practice, directly influencing patient outcomes while supporting professional growth and staff development within a supportive, high-integrity culture.

Qualificações

• Registered nurse with current licensure to practice in the state.
• 5 yrs RN experience with home care setting.
• 2 yrs management or supervisory experience in home health preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical supervision to ensure care aligns with standards and policies.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor patient care for high-quality outcomes.
• Supervise, coach, and support clinical personnel for care excellence.
• Facilitate effective communication among patients, families, and care team.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and departmental goals.
• Demonstrate professional leadership and core organizational values.
• Maintain compliance through training, documentation, and audits.
