OhioHealth Corporation is seeking an RN Clinical Leader for the Neuro Epilepsy Monitoring Unit. This role directs clinical operations, coordinates interdisciplinary care, and ensures high-quality patient outcomes during night shifts with a 36-hour workweek.

Requirements include Ohio RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and BSN consideration after five years. The incumbent will mentor staff, participate in audit and committee activities, and help optimize department performance.

Qualifications

• RN license in the State of Ohio.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• BSN preferred or required after 5 years of employment.

Responsabilités

• Oversees design, development, implementation and evaluation of program services.
• Ensures quality, service, and satisfaction goals are met and resources are utilized efficiently.
• Leads interdisciplinary team collaboration for optimal patient outcomes and safe operations.
• Manages scheduling, budget considerations and provides guidance to staff and clinicians.
