Job Title: Clinical Lead - Emergency Services

Location: Charlotte Hungerford Hospital (10115)

Shift: 7p-7:30a, 2 x 12-hour shifts

Charlotte Hungerford Hospital is a 122-bed, general acute care community hospital in Torrington, Connecticut, serving Litchfield County and Northwest Connecticut. We offer personalized care from an expert team utilizing advanced technology in a safe and comfortable environment.

The Emergency Services Department provides immediate care for all ages, with a team of board-certified physicians, physician assistants, and nurses using state-of-the-art technology. Patient Relations are available for those with special needs. LIFE STAR helicopter service is available when necessary.

The Clinical Lead role involves providing holistic, quality, and cost-effective nursing care, managing transitions across the continuum of care, and serving as a professional role model and clinical expert. Delegation and supervision are key responsibilities. Reports to the Unit Manager.

Qualifications:
  • RN CT License (BSN preferred)
  • Minimum of three years nursing experience
