Job summary

ThedaCare’s Peabody facility seeks an experienced RN Clinical Manager to oversee daily department operations, drive strategy, and ensure high-quality, evidence-based nursing care. You will manage staffing, budgeting, and policy implementation while mentoring staff to achieve professional growth.

You will lead a team in a patient-centered, high-reliability care environment, coordinating cross-functional collaboration and ensuring regulatory compliance across Joint Commission, CMS, and AHCA

Qualifications

• Five years of progressive responsibility in a healthcare setting.
• Three years of leadership experience including leading teams and/or projects.
• Current Wisconsin RN license.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS)

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the department through strategy, policy, direction, and action planning.
• Analyze, develop, and implement methods to improve efficiency and effectiveness of nursing services.
• Provide compassionate and safe patient-centered care within scope of practice and policy.
• Mentor and develop team members to meet professional goals.
• Coordinate staffing, budgeting, and compliance with regulatory standards.
