Job summary

ThedaCare seeks a dedicated RN Clinical Nurse to deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care across the care continuum. You will work with an interprofessional team to assess needs, plan care, and ensure high-quality outcomes in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities include mentoring teammates, improving patient experiences, and maintaining safety standards while managing acuity in dynamic settings within Wisconsin hospitals and clinics.

Qualifications

• RN with Wisconsin licensure; BSN preferred, ADN required.
• ACLS, PALS, TNCC and ENPC certifications commonly required.
• Clinical nursing skills across diverse care settings are essential.
• Strong teamwork and evidence-based practice are expected.

Responsibilities
