Nationwide Children's Hospital Inc. in Columbus, OH is seeking an experienced nurse leader to manage nursing staff in an assigned department, oversee patient care, documentation, budgeting, and personnel issues, and promote clinical excellence.

The role requires a BSN, Ohio RN license, BLS, and at least three years of pediatric clinical experience; certification is preferred. Day shift 6:00am-4:30pm, four 10-hour shifts, Monday–Friday; base pay starts at $43.71 per hour with benefits.

Qualifications

• BSN required for this role.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Ohio is required.
• BLS certification required; certification preferred.
• Three years pediatric clinical experience or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Manages nursing staff and activities for an assigned department.
• Oversees patient care, documentation, budgeting and personnel issues.
• Provides training and performance appraisal of staff.
• Ensures safety, quality, regulatory compliance and emergency readiness.
• Acts as clinical expert for policies, procedures and documentation.
