The role combines leadership with hands-on practice nursing, focusing on patient flow, protocols, and collaborative care. Requires GA RN license, CPR, and 5 years acute care with supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• RN license in Georgia required; CPR certification required.
• 5 years of acute care experience with 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Wound management knowledge is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and lead daily operations of clinical staff in outpatient clinic.
• Fulfill practice nurse duties: patient prep, care coordination, follow-ups, and provider support.
• Manage patient flow, adhere to protocols, and drive quality improvement and risk reduction.
• Lead and mentor nursing staff; ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
