Overview
The Clinical Informatics Analyst-Nurse role is an advanced staff position responsible for operational support, optimization, and adoption activities supporting enterprise-wide clinical applications, specifically Epic clinical applications and non-Epic integrated clinical solutions. The Clinical Informatics Analyst-Nurse is expected to coordinate optimization activities through research, design, approval, testing, and communication phases using innovative change management strategies.
Responsibilities include supporting and mentoring region-based informatics teams, evaluating workflows to troubleshoot and identify improvement opportunities, and testing and training application functionalities. This role will collaborate with cross-functional IT and operational teams, as well as Executive Leadership.
Location: Remote - applicants must reside within the UnityPoint Health geographical footprint in Iowa, Illinois, or Wisconsin.
Hours: Monday-Friday, standard business hours.
