Job summary

KPC Global Medical Centers Inc. is seeking an RN Clinical Educator for Surgery in Santa Ana, CA. This full-time day position focuses on orientation, education and training to nursing staff to improve patient outcomes and standard of care.

The role requires CA RN licensure, BLS, ACLS and 5 years of acute care experience, with ICU/ED/OR-PACU exposure preferred. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Current California RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and MAB required.
• Five years of acute care experience required.
• Previous clinical experience in ICU, ED or OR/PACU preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide orientation, education and training to the nursing staff to advance clinical practices and improve patient outcomes by updating and improving standards of care.
• Collaborate with Department Managers to evaluate educational programs, develop clinical policies and procedures and facilitate multi-disciplinary communication.
