Job summary

KPC Global Medical Centers Inc. is seeking an RN Clinical Educator for Surgery in Santa Ana, CA. This full-time day position focuses on orientation, education and training to nursing staff to improve patient outcomes and standard of care.

The role requires CA RN licensure, BLS, ACLS and 5 years of acute care experience, with ICU/ED/OR-PACU exposure preferred. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Current California RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and MAB required.
• Five years of acute care experience required.
• Previous clinical experience in ICU, ED or OR/PACU preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills required.

RN Clinical Educator Surgery - FT (Day)

Full-Time SPECIALIST Santa Ana, CA, US

Salary Range: $50.26 To $75.40 Hourly

The Clinical Educator is responsible for providing orientation, education and training to the nursing staff in order to advance
clinical practices and improve patient outcomes by updating and improving standards of care. He/she actively engages staff with coaching and mentoring to advance care of patients, families, and patient populations. He/she, in collaboration with Department Managers, is responsible for evaluating educational programs, developing clinical policies and procedures and facilitating multi-disciplinary communication.

Requirements:

Current California RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and MAB required. Five years of acute care experience required. Previous clinical experience in ICU, ED or OR/PACU preferred. Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills required.
