Qualifications

• MSN required with at least 2 years of teaching/education experience in clinical or academic settings.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in Critical Care, Med/Surg, Women’s Services, Pediatrics or ED.
• Active RN license with BLS; ACLS/PALS or area certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop staff through education as Educator, Consultant, Facilitator, Leader, and Researcher.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate competency and continuing education.
