Job summary

WeCare tlc is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead clinical education, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance initiatives across our employer-sponsored health centers in Florida. This role focuses on onboarding, training, and competency development for multidisciplinary teams, and advancing patient safety and care quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience with education/QA/clinical operations background.
• Experience with EHR systems, regulatory compliance, and staff development.
• DOT urine specimen collector and Breath Alcohol Technician qualifications, or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Quality or infection prevention certification (CPHQ, a-IPC, CIC, or equivalent) preferred, or willingness to obtain credential.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Multi-site ambulatory or primary care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical onboarding, training, and competency development for multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Oversee quality assurance, infection prevention, patient safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Chair the Quality Improvement and Infection Control and Safety Committees.
• Support regulatory compliance, AAAHC accreditation readiness, and clinical policy development.
• Provide clinical EHR training, workflow optimization, and new health center implementation support.
• Coordinate DOT and non-DOT testing education, certifications, and competency requirements.
• Monitor clinical performance, conduct audits, and identify opportunities for improvement.
