Job summary

Leave Your Mark is seeking an RN Clinical Quality & Education Specialist to design, deliver, and continuously improve trainings for clinical education and quality. You will connect training with audit findings, learner outcomes, and performance trends to close gaps and meet regulatory requirements.

The role requires clinical expertise, adult-learning proficiency, and experience with utilization management, documentation standards, and coaching. Travel is expected up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• RN license in any state with ability to obtain Michigan license (exclusions specified)
• 2+ years of bedside clinical experience required
• 1+ year utilization management and/or case management experience
• Experience in managed care/utilization management required
• Experience applying clinical guidelines (MCG/InterQual) preferred
• Experience developing, delivering, or auditing training for adult learners required
• Ability to travel at least 10% as needed for client or corporate meetings (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, evaluate, and improve training programs for clinical education and quality.
• Audit utilization management activities for compliance with policies and standards.
• Provide coaching and remediation to close performance gaps.
• Train staff on NCQA, URAC, CMS, HIPAA, and other regulatory requirements.
• Monitor training effectiveness and report outcomes to leadership.
• Collaborate with operations, compliance, and client success teams to drive quality improvements.
