Aveanna Healthcare is seeking an experienced RN leader to serve as Clinical Director of Nursing in Mesquite, TX. This full-time leadership role oversees nursing services, staffing, training, and regulatory compliance to drive clinical excellence and location growth.

The position emphasizes hiring, on-the-job coaching, performance management, and ensuring quality patient care under federal and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license.
• Bachelor0s degree or equivalent applicable experience.
• Minimum of one year of management experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver0s license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for day-to-day clinical operations.
• Assign patients for ongoing management to Nursing Coordinators, RN Supervisors, and/or Clinical Managers.
• Maintain open communication with patients, families, physicians, caregivers, and internal teams.
• Evaluate new referrals for admission and make nursing care recommendations.
• Monitor clinical status of patients and coordinate care.
• Ensure patient care meets Aveanna0s quality standards.
