Duties

• Assess patient status and implement care plans in collaboration with the team
• Coordinate care and educate patients
• Administer medications and treatments as directed
• Monitor and document patient responses
• Mobilize resources for complex cases
• Integrate assessment data to anticipate healthcare needs
• Ensure effective handoff communication
• Adjust staffing patterns as needed
• Provide individualized comfort measures based on evidence-based practices
• Participate in performance improvement activities
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Active NY RN License
• CPR Certification

Rate: $45.00 - $55.00
