Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Virginia or eligible for licensure.
• Diploma or Associate Degree from a professional nursing program.
• All registered nurses without a Bachelor's degree will enroll in an approved RN to BSN program within two years and complete within five years.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred but not required.
• Certification in a specialty area is preferred for Clin III.

Responsibilities

• Delivers and accurately documents direct, age-specific care per medical orders.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for interactions or incompatibilities.
• Provides direction and education, serving as a role model at the unit level.
• Collaborates with physicians and the health care team to meet patient and family needs.
