Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Nursing degree from an accredited school; 4-year degree preferred.
• RN licensure in the applicable state; CPI certification within 3 months for specified areas.
• Ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and document care accurately.

Responsibilities

• Lead the healthcare team and build authentic patient relationships.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Administer medications using the five rights and document care.
• Assist in critical situations including CPR and patient transfers.
