Tenet Healthcare is seeking an RN for the Clinical Decision Unit on days. This full-time role provides direct patient care, from assessment to evaluation, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

The position requires an Associate's degree in Nursing, an active RN license (multi-state preferred with 30-day transfer), and BLS; ACLS and NIHSS are required within orientation. A sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 is available based on eligibility.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing is required.
• RN licensure with multi-state endorsement within 30 days of residence.
• American Heart Association BLS required; ACLS and NIHSS within orientation period.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of assigned patients.
• Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes.
