Qualifications
- RN with five or more years of clinical experience.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
- OR Circulator experience desirable.
- Pre & Post operative experience desirable.
Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating OR, Pre-op and PACU operations.
- Collaborate with Nurse Manager to ensure quality patient care.
- Monitor nursing care and participate in performance improvement.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, Joint Commission, HIPAA and policies.
- Support staff education and development activities.
- Prepare department for licensure and accreditation reviews.
- Promote multidisciplinary collaboration and effective communication.
- Document events and variance thoroughly and timely.
