St. Anthony North Hospital in Westminster, CO, seeks an RN Clinical Coordinator to support department leadership by coordinating clinical activities, acting as a clinical resource and role model.

You will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, lead shift operations, assign duties, ensure safe patient care, and collaborate with physicians and the care team to promote patient well‑being. We offer a $20,000 sign‑on bonus plus up to $8,000 relocation assistance for eligible new hires at this Magnet®

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing or by endorsement is required.
• One year of clinical RN experience is required.
• Basic Life Support through American Heart Association.
• RN license to practice in state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient’s physical, psychosocial, cultural and spiritual needs and intervenes to optimize outcomes.
• Develop and implement patient plan of care with interdisciplinary team.
• Provides leadership and coordinates unit operations during the shift.
• Directs, organizes, and prioritizes shift activities to meet patient and staff needs.
• Ensures appropriate admissions/cases and staff skill mix for safe care.
• Acts as liaison to the multidisciplinary care team.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our RN Clinical Coordinator, you will actively support the department director/manager by coordinating clinical and department activities for the unit, serving as a vital clinical resource and professional role model.

Every day you will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, ensure high-quality care delivery, act as a crucial link between physicians and the patient care team, authorize work procedures, assign duties, manage as shift charge, and actively take patient assignments based on unit needs and acuity, all while promoting patient well-being and adhering to professional standards.

To be successful in this role, you will be a Registered Nurse with exceptional clinical skills, strong leadership potential, superior communication and collaboration abilities, and an unwavering commitment to ethical practice, quality patient care, and a supportive team environment.

• Assesses patient’s physical, psychosocial, cultural and spiritual needs through observation, interview, review of medical records & clinical data. Evaluates patient’s response and intervenes to ensure optimal patient outcome.
• Develop and implement patient plan of care and observe outcomes in accordance with nursing standards and in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Provides leadership, support, and coordination of unit’s daily operations during designated shift.
• Assists in directing, organizing, and prioritizing all shift activities ensuring patient care and staff needs are met.
• Ensures appropriateness of admissions/cases to the unit/department and that appropriate staff skill mix exists to provide safe patient care.
• Liaison to the multidisciplinary patient care team.

Job Requirements

Pay Range

$41.74 - $66.25 /hour
