Tenet Healthcare's DMC Children’s Hospital of Michigan is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Clinical Coordinator for the Observation unit. You will lead nursing staff, coordinate care delivery, and monitor patient flow while maintaining high standards of clinical care.

This role requires a Michigan RN license, an Associate Degree or Diploma, 1–2 years of leadership experience, and BLS (ACLS preferred). Nights, full-time, with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree/Diploma required; BSN preferred.
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in Michigan.
• 1–2 years of progressively more responsible leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize work, delegate to others and facilitate processes.
• BLS required, ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Functions as lead and resource for nursing staff and coordinates care delivery.
• Reviews schedule and ensures adequate nurse-patient ratio per shift.
• Facilitates unit throughput to improve Length of Stay.
• Coordinates in-service programs to maintain staff competence.
• Supports staff interviews, retention and evaluation as needed.
