Job summary

St. David's HealthCare seeks a Registered Nurse Inpatient Rehab Clinical Coord to drive patient-centered care and coordinate nursing functions during shifts.

You will collaborate with the management team to direct, monitor, and evaluate care in line with policies, elevating outcomes and the patient experience. You will lead implementation of nursing strategies, participate in interviews and training, assist with scheduling, and support inventory and supplies to ensure efficient, high-quality

Qualifications

• RN license or compact license required.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS/ACLS) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates nursing care on the unit during the shift.
• Directs and evaluates nursing care per policies and procedures.
• Acts as a resource for staff and supports staff scheduling and staffing decisions.
• Engages in service recovery and patient-centered care initiatives.
• Supports inventory control and supplies management.
