Job summary

St. David’s Georgetown Hospital seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for Inpatient Rehab to deliver high-quality nursing care, assisting in both direct and indirect patient care under medical staff supervision.

You will lead licensed practical nurses and other non-licensed staff, contributing to patient outcomes and the hospital's care standards; the role emphasizes collaboration, policy adherence, and clinical excellence in a dynamic rehab setting.

Qualifications

• RN certification and licensure required per state regulations.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care to a broad range of illnesses.
• Coordinate with LVNs and non-licensed nursing staff to deliver care under Medical Staff direction.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary health care team to meet patient care goals and hospital policies.
