Job summary

GI Alliance is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Coordinator to support physicians and nursing staff in a gastroenterology clinic. The role involves coordinating staff, ensuring compliant patient care, and assisting the Director of Operations with clinic management.

The ideal candidate has an active RN license, a Nursing degree, and 2–3 years of clinical experience, plus experience in staff orientation and inventory control.

Qualifications

• RN licensure and nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of clinical experience.
• Experience supervising nursing staff and coordinating clinic activities.

Responsibilities

• Make staff assignments in the Director of Operations’ absence.
• Oversee Gastro clinic nursing staff and coordinate with O.N.E. Weigh and Radiology.
• Order supplies and manage inventory; assist with orientation of new staff.
• Provide physicians with current hospital rounds and participate in triage/hospital consults.
• Schedule tests, procedures, and hospital admissions; maintain patient charts and documentation.
