Job summary
Community Medical Center in Missoula, MT, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking an Acute Care Rehab RN for part-time night shifts (1900-0730). Join a collaborative team helping patients regain strength and independence after surgery, illness, or injury. Montana RN license required with ADN; BSN preferred.

Qualifications
- Montana RN license or Compact RN License with Montana endorsement.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
- BSN is preferred but not required.
- BLS certification within 30 days of hire; ACLS within 1 year of hire.
- Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing; 2–3 years preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients recovering from illness, injury, surgery, or neurological conditions.
- Assess patient needs, monitor progress, and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments while promoting patient safety and positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to support recovery and functional independence.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, self-care, and discharge preparation.
- Maintain accurate documentation and respond effectively to changes in patient condition.
