Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in good standing and licensed in the state.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and certify RAI and MDS per regulations and PDPM compliance.
• Submit accurate MDS assessments with documentation within deadlines.
• Review MDS analytics with IDT and monitor validation reports.
