• Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical nursing experience.

• Willingness to travel locally for field visits.

Responsabilidades

• Onboarding and development of nurses: interviewing, onboarding and orientation.
• Coordinate clinical skills checks and competency reviews.
• Provide ongoing coaching to field clinicians for safe, high-quality care.
• Review clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure care plans are up to date reflecting client needs; support quality initiatives.
• Schedule coordination with the office team and collaborate with leadership.
