Job summary

Career Land Center, LLC is hiring a Clinical Access Case Manager (RN) for a 198-bed Level III trauma center in Farmington, NM. The role focuses on utilization review, care transitions, and documentation aligned with clinical criteria.

You will work in Cerner, coordinate with departments, and use InterQual to guide decisions. A strong RN with acute care experience is required, with certifications to be obtained as needed.

Qualifications

• RN license (ADN or higher) required.
• Minimum 2 years of acute care experience.
• Proficiency in InterQual for clinical decision support.
• Experience with CCM/ACM or Milliman is a plus.
• BLS on submission; other certifications can be obtained after hire.
• NM licensure not required to apply, but must be obtained before start date.

Responsibilities

• Lead utilization review and management across patient populations.
• Use InterQual to support clinical decisions and ensure criteria alignment.
• Coordinate care transitions and promote appropriate use of resources.
• Document in Cerner and collaborate across departments.
