Job summary

UW Health is seeking an RN Clinic Supervisor for the Sleep Clinic, overseeing day-to-day ambulatory patient care operations and supervising a team across two Madison locations. The role requires a BSN, 2 years of RN experience, and 1 year of leadership in a clinical setting.

Onsite work with standard hours, strong emphasis on staff onboarding and evidence-based practice. The responsible leader will collaborate with the Program Director on strategic initiatives, ensure regulatory and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is required.
• 2 years of RN experience is required.
• 1 year of progressive leadership experience preferred.
• RN licensed in the state where employed is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required

This is a 100% FTE, full-time salaried position with typical hours between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. No holidays. Hours may vary based on operational needs of the department. You will be working onsite at 6001 Research Park Blvd. and 4602 Eastpark Blvd. in Madison, WI.

Pay:

Pay range is based on a full-time (100%) position.

We are seeking an RN Clinic Supervisor- Sleep Clinic to:

• Independently manage day-to-day operation and coordination of patient care services in the ambulatory setting.
• Supervise and manage a team of direct reports at two clinic locations.
• Promote and support onboarding of new hires, staff continuing education and evidence-based practice while maintaining clinical standards of care.
• Facilitate communication, coordination and collaboration among disciplines while also serving as a strong nursing resource within the Sleep Medicine specialty of care.
• Partner with the Program Director on strategic initiatives
• Support regulatory, safety, and process compliance activities

Qualifications

• 2 years of RN experience Required
