RN Clinic Supervisor – Pediatrics at Swedish Pediatric Specialty Care - Seattle

Schedule: Full Time, Day Shift

Location: Primarily based in Seattle’s First Hill neighborhood, with occasional travel to Mill Creek and Issaquah, Washington.

Job Description: The Clinical Supervisor RN coordinates and manages the clinical support staff and the clinical workflows within the clinic. This role is a key part of the clinic leadership team, bringing nursing expertise to improve patient care and staff development. Oversees clinical staff to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered services. Collaborates with physicians and ensures adherence to clinic policies.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Washington RN license
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• At least 3 years of direct patient care experience, preferably in ambulatory care
• Experience delegating nursing responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field
• ACLS certification
• Previous charge/lead nurse experience
