Overview: The Supervisor Clinical Registered Nurse (RN) oversees the processes and lower-level employees who work on patient care tasks. This role manages and coordinates care tasks, supervises the process, and reviews the analysis of patient outcomes and care quality metrics.

Required: Bachelor of Nursing (BSN)

Experience

Required: 2 years as a Registered Nurse with 1 year in a clinical specialty as defined by ANCC or national nursing organizations
