Job summary

Trinity Health RN Clinic in Minot, ND, is seeking a skilled registered nurse to join our outpatient pain management team. You will perform comprehensive assessments, administer treatments, monitor patients, and support providers throughout procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments, administer treatments, and support providers during pain management procedures and interventions.
• Prepare procedure rooms, maintain sterile fields, and assist with patient positioning, retraction, and procedural setup and cleanup.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures, including those receiving sedation, and document vital signs and clinical responses accurately.
• Coordinate diagnostic testing, referrals, laboratory specimen handling, and follow-up communication to support continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families on procedure expectations, medication regimens, self-management strategies, and signs that require medical attention.
• Collaborate with providers, anesthesia teams, and clinic staff to address patient concerns, support care transitions, and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Physical Requirements:

The RN Clinic, Pain frequently stands, walks, and moves between exam rooms and procedural areas while assisting with interventions and patient care. The role involves bending, reaching, and lifting or carrying supplies, equipment, and procedural instruments, as well as assisting with patient positioning and mobility. Adequate vision, hearing, and manual dexterity are essential for maintaining sterile technique, monitoring patient status, and performing detailed clinical tasks.
