Job summary

Ochsner LSU Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse leader to oversee delivery of patient care using the nursing process and to supervise licensed and ancillary staff. The role collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate the plan of care and ensure quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have an RN license, CPR certification, and 5 years of related experience including at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity. Strong organizational and leadership abilities are essential.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current RN license in state of practice; CPR certification.
5 years of related nursing experience including 1 year supervisory or leadership experience.
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
