Job summary

Carolina Family Health Centers, Inc. seeks an experienced Clinical Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at the Wilson Community Health Center in Wilson, NC.

The role requires RN licensure in North Carolina, supervisory healthcare experience, and strong teamwork with physicians and nursing staff. The position offers a full benefits package, a 40-hour workweek, on-site work, and local travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Three years in a healthcare environment with supervisory/management background.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of North Carolina.
• BLS Certification.
• Associate Degree in Nursing. Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Windows-based environment and EHR/EMR experience.
• Active North Carolina Driver License – must have transportation for frequent local travel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and evaluate performance with corrective action as needed.
• Coordinate workflow between nursing staff and providers; publish monthly work schedule.
• Coordinate clinical activities with clinical and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment per OSHA standards.
• Order and maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
• Serve as liaison with community agencies to coordinate patient services.
• Provide in-service training to nursing staff based on needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
