Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a Clinical Manager in Dickinson, ND to lead a nursing unit and coordinate resident care within a not-for-profit senior care community. You will manage admissions, care plans, and discharge processes while guiding the team to deliver safe, compassionate care.

Ideal candidates hold RN licensure, have strong leadership skills, and at least 1 year of long-term care experience. A robust benefits package is offered with opportunities for growth in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), in good standing.
• Good managerial skills and aptitude.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in long term care or health care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admission, care plan, and discharge while leading a team to excellence.
• Communicate with the therapy department and ensure updates to the care plan are made in a timely manner.
• Oversee a smaller unit in the community and support staff development efforts.
• Support a unit of approximately 20–23 residents and ensure quality care.
