In this full-time position, you'll work from 06:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with our Surgery team, providing exceptional care to our patients. The Staff Registered Nurse is responsible for managing and delivering patient care using the nursing process. The role may require floating to other units and participating in on-call duties. It requires population-specific competencies and adherence to National Patient Safety Goals.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Oklahoma or multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) state.
• Current BLS certification upon hire or within 30 days.
• Effective communication in English.
• Department-specific competencies during orientation.

Additional Certifications by Department

• Hospice: CPR required; CHPN preferred.
• Radiology: ACLS required.
• Employee Health: Valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, proof of insurance.
• INTEGRIS Mental Health: Ability to operate a company or personal vehicle, valid Oklahoma driver’s license, acceptable driving record.
• Emergency Department: PALS within 12 months, ACLS within 6 months of hire.

The RN reports to the appropriate manager or director. Mental health staff must assist with patient restraint using approved behavior management techniques.
