Role Overview

We are hiring a day shift, full time RN Circulator (0700-1530, on call) at INTEGRIS Health Woodward Hospital, Woodward, OK.

Responsibilities

• Assessment and reassessments.
• Development of the plan of care.
• Implementation of appropriate patient care interventions.
• Evaluation of patient care interventions.
• Supervises and coordinates other licensed and non‑licensed personnel in patient care.
• Provides guidance and mentorship to non‑licensed personnel and students.

The Staff Registered Nurse reports to the appropriate manager, director, or vice president. This position may float to other units and participate in on‑call status. The role requires population‑specific competencies and adherence to National Patient Safety Goals.

Mental Health staff must be able to assist with physical restraint of patients, utilizing the identified Behavior Management Technique System. This role may have additional or varied physical demands and/or respiratory fit test requirements. Exposure to infections, communicable diseases, blood, body fluids, electrical equipment, chemicals may occur. The employee must follow standard precautions.

Required Qualifications

• RN licensure in Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact member state.
• BLS issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire (for Hospice: CPR issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association).
• Other certifications and competencies required based on service line skill.
• Valid driver’s license in the employed state and proof of automobile liability insurance; for Mental Health, must possess a current Oklahoma state driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

• CHPN (Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse) for Hospice only.
