Job summary

Sante Health Partners is seeking a dedicated RN Circulator to join our surgical team in California. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical skills, provide high-quality patient care, and support safety and education throughout the perioperative process.

We operate across multiple Southern California locations, including Bakersfield Surgical Center, and value compassionate, patient-centered care in a state-of-the-art setting.

Qualifications

• RN license in California (required) and minimum 1 year of OR or relevant clinical experience.
• CPR, ACLS, and BLS certifications required.
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including booster).

Responsibilities

• Ensure the correct procedure is performed on the right patient.
• Provide bedside care before, during, and after surgery.
• Administer prescribed medications (oral, subcutaneous, IV) and record accurately.
• Prepare the operating room for procedures, including equipment setup.
• Assist in patient positioning and maintain comfort and safety during surgery.
• Accurately manage and handle surgical specimens.
• Ensure the operating room is cleaned, stocked, and prepared for the next day.
• Deliver safe and effective clinical care in accordance with facility policies.
