Job summary

Sante Health Partners in Los Angeles, CA seeks a dedicated RN Circulator to provide high-quality nursing care in the operating room, ensuring patient safety and smooth surgical flow.

The Circulator will join a team across three Southern California locations, participate in patient positioning, medication administration, and post-operative care, with a focus on comfort and education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an operating room or relevant clinical setting.
• Valid California RN license.
• CPR, ACLS, and BLS (American Heart Association) certifications required.
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including booster).
• Willingness to travel between our 3 Southern California locations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the correct procedure is performed on the right patient.
• Provide bedside care and comfort to patients before, during, and after surgery.
• Administer prescribed medications (oral, subcutaneous, IV) and record accurately.
• Prepare the operating room for procedures, including equipment setup.
• Assist in patient positioning and maintain their comfort and safety during surgery.
• Accurately manage and handle surgical specimens.
• Ensure the operating room is cleaned, stocked, and prepared for the next day.
• Deliver safe and effective clinical care in accordance with facility policies.
