Job summary

Freeman Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care using the nursing process in an acute care setting. You will coordinate and deliver high-quality care according to physician orders and established protocols.

The role requires state licensure (or compact), BCLS certification, and 0–2 years of clinical nursing experience. ACLS/PALS/NRP are preferred to enhance the care team's capabilities.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required (state licensure and/or compact licensure).
• BCLS certification required.
• 0–2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required.
• ACLS, PALS and NRP preferred for additional qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Coordinate and deliver high-quality care based on clinical protocols and physician orders.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to achieve patient outcomes in a supportive environment.
