Job summary

Freeman Health System in Bentonville, AR, is seeking a part-time RN to provide patient-centered care using the nursing process. You will coordinate high-quality care per clinical protocols and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to achieve positive outcomes.

Requirements include state or compact licensure as an RN, BCLS, and ACLS/PALS within 90 days. 0–2 years in a clinical nursing role or student rotations are acceptable, with weekend or shift flexibility at times.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do

• Provide patient‑centered care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Coordinate and deliver high‑quality care based on established clinical protocols and physician/provider orders.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care and desired outcomes.
• Maintain a supportive and compassionate environment for patients and their families.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) – State Licensure or Compact State Licensure required.
• BCLS – Basic Life Support required.
• 0–2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required.
• ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days.
• PALS – Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 90 days.
• Refer to facility or unit‑specific guidelines for additional requirements.
