Job summary

Surgery Partners, Inc. is seeking an RN Circulator to support perioperative care. In this role you will work outside the sterile field, ensuring the team has the supplies, equipment, and patient advocacy needed for procedures.

You will apply critical thinking, clinical judgment and strong communication to maintain patient safety and smooth OR workflow in a fast-paced hospital setting, based in Wichita, Kansas.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed registered nurse (RN).
• BSN or ADN program completion; perioperative certification preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of surgical procedures, sterile techniques, and perioperative standards.
• Experience in high-acuity or fast-paced hospital settings is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the operating room environment and ensure required supplies and equipment are available.
• Serve as the patient advocate outside the sterile field and support the surgical team for safe procedures.
