AdventHealth Lake Wales is seeking a Registered Nurse to assess patient and family needs, develop and communicate a comprehensive care plan, and implement medical and nursing interventions. The role emphasizes collaboration with patients, families, and staff to deliver high-quality care.

The ideal candidate holds an Associates Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred) and is prepared for ongoing professional development and licensure maintenance.

Job Description

• Assesses and diagnoses patient and family needs to provide quality care.

• Attends required safety training programs and understands responsibilities related to general and specific job-related safety, including following Hospital Exposure Control Plans for Bloodborne and Airborne Pathogens.
• Demonstrates respect and regard for the dignity of all patients, families, visitors, and fellow employees.
• Promotes effective working relations and works as part of a team to meet departmental goals and objectives.

• Advanced Burn Life Support (ABLS) [Preferred]
• Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) [Preferred]
• Hip and Knee Replacement (HKR) [Preferred]

Pay Range: $32.48 - $56.84
