RVNAhealth is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to support older adults and individuals with chronic health needs throughout Western Connecticut. This unique role is ideal for an RN looking for flexibility, meaningful patient relationships, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact in the community.
Unlike traditional home health nursing, this position focuses on ongoing wellness visits, general health assessments, medication pre-pours, care coordination, and patient support—not complex skilled nursing care.
This role supports patients throughout Western Connecticut, from Sherman to Stamford. While the territory is broad, schedules are thoughtfully organized to minimize travel, typically dedicating one day to northern communities and the remaining days to southern communities.
If you're looking for a nursing role that offers flexibility, autonomy, meaningful patient connections, and a better work‑life balance, we'd love to hear from you.
RVNAhealth offers eligible full‑time employees a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage; 403(b) retirement savings; paid time off and holidays; employer‑paid life and disability insurance; wellness and employee assistance programs; tuition reimbursement; professional development opportunities; and additional voluntary benefits. Benefits are subject to eligibility requirements and plan terms.
The pay range listed represents RVNAhealth's commitment to pay transparency and is a reasonable estimate of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting. The final salary for this role will be determined based on careful consideration of a variety of factors, such as the candidate's exact location, experience, and expertise related to the qualifications.
RVNAhealth is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind. We are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy (including childbirth, lactation and related medical conditions), national origin, age, physical and mental disability, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, genetic information (including characteristics and testing), military and veteran status, and any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
It will be a condition of employment at RVNAhealth to submit to a pre‑employment physical/drug screen and background check, which may include the following: fingerprinting, verification of employment, paraprofessional certifications, designations or licenses, and educational background.
